Speedball at FNL

Don't worry, I won't be out there shooting paint at anyone. All I can do now is walk, plus I'm sure I'd be an easy target. How hard is it to hit a 6ft 225lb 31 year old fat guy moving at 3.2 mph?!? I did have fun this afternoon with Seth Caulder's gun, and a few paint balls we borrowed from FNL. I found out that orange paint shows up really well on my truck.

I'm just writing a post to remind everyone about Friday Night Live this Friday November 30th from 7:00pm-11:30pm. This FNL will be a little different, it will be completely outside! Basketball, football, volleyball, and paintball. I know, it seems like more of a guys FNL. Sorry girls, maybe at the next FNL we can have a fruit bar and a fudge fountain? This Friday we'll be serving hotdogs and Hamburgers. Thursday we will be setting up a fenced in speedball course for paintball, five on five. The cost for paintball is $2.50 a game which includes: a gun, paint, and a mask.

Tonight I did have one mother ask me, "Are ya'll gonna shoot paint at each other?" I laughed a little and told her that's how you played paintball. For you parents out there that are a little concerned, Alex Davis and a few others are refereeing the games. Alex is known for taking safety very seriously! A word to the wise, when your on Alex's field, never take your mask off :-) We look forward to a great night having fun, eating great food, worshipping, and presenting the gospel to those without the hope of Jesus Christ.
