The Chair...

To all those in student ministry who:

• give of your time

• love students

• give them guidance

• sit with them

• laugh with them

• shoot straight with them

• take flack for them

• encourage them

• take heat for them

• get misunderstood because of them

• get overworked

• are honest with them

• are heart broken over them

• get criticized because of them

• reach out to them

• make them feel important

• clean up after them

• treat them with respect even though they don't

• hang out with them

• go to their games and projects

• waste time with them

• get called immature

• make them smile

• stay up late

• loose sleep

• pray for them

• give of your money

• give up your Saturday nights preparing

• speak their name

• boost their confidence

• rarely see fruit of your ministry

• invest in the life of God's precious students
