Sunday night I got on a plane and left for New Jersey to be with my kids on Father's day. By the time I got off the plane I had less than 5 hours to celebrate with my kids. We pulled up to the house and I walked up the stairs. Madi and Lily had no idea I was coming to see them on Father's Day. They were pretty excited to see me. I wish I had a recording of them shouting "Daddy!" I was so excited to see them, and my wife!!
Today I spent the morning hanging out with the kids. When Lily went down for a nap, Madi and I went to see Kung Fu Panda. It was a pretty funny movie. This evening we spent time in the backyard running and playing around. Tomorrow I leave :-( Tomorrow is also Amber's 28th birthday! After an early dinner, they drop me off at the airport to head back to Jax. It's a short trip but a good one. I am so excited to see my girls!!
