TGIF

TGIF! Have you ever been the victim of ungratefulness? If you are a parent, I can read your thoughts, "... ungrateful kids!". If you haven't read Oswald Chamber's My Utmost for His Highest today you need to. As I read this morning, Oz (That't what I call him, well if he were alive today that's what I'd call him, we're on a first name basis) shared how we aren't put on this earth to be saved and sanctified. WHAT? Sure sounds like we are. The problem with that is that it happens once. The moment you give your life to Christ you are saved and positionally sanctified. So why does God leave us on this earth? Why not take us up to be with Him after we get saved?

We're here, and I quote Oz, " To be at it for Him!" Sounds like a pep talk. Oz ended this mornings thoughts by saying the way we live our life is how we say "thank you" to God for His unspeakable salvation! In 2 Corinthians 9:15, Paul expresses thankfulness to God for the gift of salvation that is too wonderful for words!

Are you thinkful to God? Sure you are. How are you expressing it?
