See ya at the pole

Today across the country students showed up at their school flag pole to pray for their campuses. As I left my kids in bed this morning to head up to Ed White, it looked a little cloudy, When I got to the school it began to rain a little. I decided to "wait up on the Lord", then moments later, it down poured. I'm sure at some schools across Duval and Clay county students met around a "dry" flag pole.

Maybe, the Lord sent the rain so we couldn't meet today. "What? How could you say that? Doesn't God want our students shining as lights in their schools by praying around a flag pole?!?" Yes, but not just on SYATP, once a year. Maybe He brought the rain so students would feel the need to meet again, not on the normal day? Maybe it would turn into a once a month thing? Maybe it would turn into once a week? Maybe instead of the lost seeing "those Christians" once a year, they would see them consistently praying for their schools, and even praying for them personally. Maybe???

I don't know, it's just a thought...
