My week...
- All week I have been coughing up some nice colors (still am, can't shake the cold)
- Monday night (at 3:30am when I couldn't sleep) I saw this on O'Riley Factor (Its about gay activists disrupting a church service in Michigan - watch the video.)
- Still reading through the book of Zechariah. I'm enjoying it.
- I've listen to a lot of Insyderz this week as I drive around (I forgot how much I love Ska)
- Had lunch Friday with the guy from Promise Land that all the girls from Mexico love. He told me they've stopped calling him. (speaking of Mexico... we need to go back don't we!)
- One night before bed this week, Madi told Amber & I that we were lucky to have a five year old that's as smart as she is.
- Thursday after lunch at the preschool, Amber saw Lily holding hands with a boy in her class (stressin' dad out at an early age!)
- WOW - It has been absolutely FREEZING this week!! (I like it)
- Wednesday night was awesome!!! In the high school I spoke on where our true source of rest comes from. In the middle school Jordan Pope spoke on integrity (both ministries had a great night!)
- Went to Baptist Hospital this week. On the way out, I saw an 80 yr old white man bobbing his head to some loud hip hop with the windows down. ( I needed a good laugh)
- I sat through a service this week where I was embarrassed for the speaker. He totally turned off all the unchurched people in the room - which was about half - by some of the things he said (I thought to my self, "here's another reason why unsaved people think Christians are weird.")
Celebrated John Huff's 64th birthday with him in the hospital on Friday (I brought him some Starbucks!!)
- Made some chili Saturday afternoon that I should have entered in the cook off last week!! (It was MAN-CHILI - 2 lbs of beef, 1 lb of Italian sausage, 3 cans of beans... still feeling the effects)
- Started following Marsha Spicer & Steve Whitcomb on Twitter this week
- Thought about our Christmas series this week, found out some interesting things about Frankincense, getting stoked about it! (We start it December 3rd)
That's all, I'm out like trout... ZzzZzzz
